Card Benefits Site Terms of Use
When using any of the Programs (as defined below) offered through Card Benefits, you individually and/or on behalf of your company, as applicable, pursuant to the terms of the Card Agreement for your card account (you and/or company collectively referred to as “you” or “your”), agree that you are subject to any additional guidelines, rules, terms and conditions applicable to such Programs, which are hereby incorporated by reference into the Card Benefits Site Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Citibank, N.A. (“Citi”). It is important that you take the time to read these Terms carefully. You should print or save a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms are subject to the Card Agreement for your card account, including the arbitration and applicable law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or make changes to these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version of these Terms on this section of the Card Benefits Site. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to the “EFFECTIVE DATE” section at the end of these Terms. Your continued use of Card Benefits through the Card Benefits Site after such changes have been made available to you means that you accept such changes.
USE OF CARD BENEFITS
You may use Cards Benefits subject to these Terms, all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and any other agreements or terms with Citi, its affiliates, or third parties to which you are subject.PROGRAMS
Card Benefits provides you with access to various products, services, and Programs (“Programs”) provided by Citi and its affiliates, as well as independent third parties. Programs that you are currently registered for on Card Benefits can be accessed by visiting the My Benefits page.Citi is not responsible for any third party Programs that are governed by their own terms and conditions. You agree that you shall only look to the third party Program provider for any matters in connection with such third party Programs.
Citi, in its sole discretion, may modify, enhance, discontinue, or otherwise change Card Benefits and all content and Programs available through Card Benefits, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you.
Each Program’s fees and payment terms, if any, shall be set forth within the Program terms and conditions, which can be found either on the Product Details pages or the applicable third party site.
The information on Card Benefits may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any requests that you may place based on information on Card Benefits or elsewhere that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information regarding pricing or payment terms.

PROHIBITED USE
You may not use spiders, robots, data mining techniques or other automated devices or programs to catalog, download or otherwise reproduce, store or distribute content available on Card Benefits. Further, you may not use any such automated means to manipulate Card Benefits or attempt to exceed the limited authorization and access granted to you under these Terms.ACCESS TO CARD BENEFITS
You may access Card Benefits without signing-in, but in order to take advantage of many aspects of Card Benefits, you will need to sign-in using your Citi user ID and password through www.citi.com and click on Card Benefits in the top navigation screen, or look for Card Benefits in Account Management under Services. Once you do so, you will be able to see your Card Benefits and Programs. The Programs contained within Card Benefits are for your sole use. You may not authorize others to use your Programs, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your Programs to any other person or entity.If you choose to sign into Card Benefits, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about you as may be prompted by any card account forms on Card Benefits ("Account Data"); (b) maintain the security of your Citi user ID and password; (c) maintain and promptly update the Account Data, and any other information you provide to Citi, ensure it is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for your use and, where applicable, purchase of Programs.
If any credit account that you have with Citi permits you to make purchases or otherwise enter into any contracts or agreements, you will be responsible for all such activity undertaken under your user name whether you have consented to the use of your user name or not. You should never share your password with any other person.
You must notify Citi of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Card Benefits Programs or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your user name or credit card information.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
In addition to any right or remedy that may be available to us under these Terms, the Citi® Online Terms or applicable law, we may suspend, limit, or terminate your card or account, or all or a portion of your access to Card Benefits, at any time with or without notice and with or without cause. In addition, we may refer any information relating to illegal activity, including your identity, to the proper authorities.We may, but are under no obligation, to monitor your usage of Card Benefits to confirm compliance with these Terms.
